Does a larger bridal party affect our timeline or package?
It can, mainly around how long formal photos take! A bigger bridal party is a beautiful thing to capture, more people to celebrate with means more love in the frame, but it does mean a little extra time is needed for group shots. Let us know your numbers early and we'll build enough breathing room into your timeline so nothing feels rushed or stressful on the day.
At the end of the day, we'd always rather build in a few extra minutes than have you feeling hurried through what should be a fun part of your day.
We don't want our photos on social media
This is your wedding, and if you're not comfortable with your photos being shared on our social media platforms, we'll always respect that. Just let us know your preference and we'll make sure it's noted well ahead of your big day.
Do you offer engagement shoot prints or albums too?
Definitely! Your engagement photos live in their own online gallery, completely separate from your wedding photos, and you can order prints or a small album the exact same way you would for your wedding gallery. Nothing extra to figure out, just the same simple process you'll already be familiar with.
Do you offer a short teaser reel we can share on social media before the full wedding film is delivered?
We can absolutely put one together for you, just let us know in advance if it's something you'd love! It's a great way to give family and friends a taste of the day, delivered alongside your full highlight film so you've got something perfect to share the moment it lands.

Will we get the raw, unedited footage?
We don't hand over raw footage as standard. Our films are carefully crafted, colour graded and edited to tell your story the way it truly deserves to be told, so what you receive is the polished, final version, not a rough cut.

How long is our wedding highlight film?
Typically 3 to 6 minutes, though it really depends on how much beautiful footage we capture and how eventful your day turns out to be!
We'd always rather give you a shorter film packed with meaning than pad it out with filler just to hit a certain length.
Every second in your film earns its place, that's what makes it something you'll want to watch again and again.
What's the difference between your highlight film and a full-length film?
Your highlight film is the emotional, cinematic snapshot of your whole day, set to music and usually just a few minutes long, perfect for reliving the feeling of your wedding in one sitting. A full-length film, if it's included in your package or added on, captures the story in full, including your ceremony and speeches from start to finish, so you can relive every single word exactly as it was spoken.
Think of it this way: the highlight film is how your day felt, and the full-length film is exactly what happened. Most of our couples love having both.
Do you record the ceremony audio, like our vows and speeches?
Yes, we use professional audio equipment to capture clean sound during your ceremony and speeches, so those words are preserved just as clearly as the moment looked.
No muffled vows or speeches lost to wind or chatter, just crisp, clear audio you can actually hear when you watch it back.
Do you use drone photography/videography?
We sure do, when the location and conditions allow for it! Aerial shots add a beautiful sense of scale to your wedding, especially at venues with stunning grounds or a coastal backdrop, giving you a perspective you just can't get from the ground.
Just note that drone use always depends on venue permission and the weather on the day, so while we'd love to make it happen, we can't guarantee it until we're closer to your date.
What's an unplugged ceremony and do you recommend one?
An unplugged ceremony is when you ask your guests to pop their phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone's actually present in the moment, rather than watching it through a screen. We absolutely love them! They mean we're not fighting a sea of phones for that first kiss shot, and you get a much cleaner, more genuine set of images from the moment it happens.
