How long until we receive our photos/video?

You won't be waiting around wondering! We'll get a batch of sneak peek photos over to you within 4 days of your wedding, so you can start reliving the day almost straight away.

From there, we usually have your full albums and videos finalised within 4 weeks. That said, we suggest allowing 6-8 weeks as your timeframe, just so we've got a little extra breathing room if we happen to be flat out with other weddings around the same time.

We'd always rather under-promise and deliver early than have you waiting past a date we've given you.

How will we receive our photos/videos?

Firstly, we'll send you a handful of sneak peek shots a couple of days after your wedding. 2 to 4 weeks later, you'll receive a link to your online gallery to relive your wedding day.

Regarding your wedding video, this will be delivered online as well! How great is technology!

It will take us the same time frame to complete your film. It will be uploaded and delivered through a personalised online gallery, similar to your photos.

Can I print my photos?

Of course, we'd love for you to print your favourite photos and have them hanging somewhere you'll see them every day! You can easily order prints straight through your online gallery, so there's no need to go hunting for a separate printing service or worrying about quality.

What happens if I don't like the music in my film?

You guys have the final say on the highlight film music, but we've developed a good sense of what clients love and what works best with the flow of the day. We'll send you a questionnaire before your wedding day, and there's a section where you can share your favourite songs, genres and anything you'd love us to use as inspiration.

We're able to use any songs these days, so your suggestions can absolutely make it into the final film. Sometimes we'll even build the soundtrack around music that was actually part of your day, like your first dance song or a tune the band played at the reception, so the film feels even more like your wedding.

Do you offer wedding albums, and how do we order one?

We do! Albums can be ordered straight through your online gallery once your photos are delivered, so everything's in one easy place. If you find yourself staring at hundreds of favourites and can't narrow it down, don't stress, we're more than happy to help guide you through the selection process.

Can we get both photography and videography as a combined package?

Yes, most of our couples choose a combined package! Having both teams there together means we can coordinate seamlessly on timing and make sure we're never getting in each other's shots. Instead, we're working as one unit throughout your entire day.

We don't want our photos on social media

This is your wedding, and if you're not comfortable with your photos being shared on our social media platforms, we'll always respect that. Just let us know your preference and we'll make sure it's noted well ahead of your big day.

Do you offer engagement shoot prints or albums too?

Definitely! Your engagement photos live in their own online gallery, completely separate from your wedding photos, and you can order prints or a small album the exact same way you would for your wedding gallery. Nothing extra to figure out, just the same simple process you'll already be familiar with.

Do you offer a short teaser reel we can share on social media before the full wedding film is delivered?

We can absolutely put one together for you, just let us know in advance if it's something you'd love! It's a great way to give family and friends a taste of the day, delivered alongside your full highlight film so you've got something perfect to share the moment it lands.

Think of it as the perfect little appetiser to go with the main course!
